The Expoalimentaria is a one of the most important fairs for the gastronomy industry of food and beverages. It was held in Lima from Wednesday September 25th to Friday September 27th.
The results achieved in its tenth edition last week show that the fair is on the rise. The president of the Exporters Association – ADEX, Juan Varilias said that this year’s edition had reached a sales estimate of $ 850 million USD. This represents an interesting increase from the $ 800 million USD achieved in the 2017 edition.
